Pool Barrier Inspections St Kilda
The eclectic mix of residences in St. Kilda ranges from Edwardian and interwar homes to Victorian terrace houses. Property owners here and the neighbouring suburbs of Albert Park and Lake, Elwood and Windsor that own swimming pools and spas need to take note of the recent regulations passed in Victoria regarding pool barrier inspections.
Under the new laws, all swimming pools and spas that can hold more than 300 mm of water are obliged to register their pool or spa and undergo pool barrier inspections. A pool fence must be installed on in-ground pools and spas, indoor pools and spas, and above ground pools and spas, including inflatable pools that can hold over 300 mm of water and require on-site assembly.
We also conduct pool barrier inspections in the neighbouring suburbs of St Kilda West, St Kilda East and Balaclava. Pool barrier inspections can be daunting, but it’s a small task to ensure the safety of children five years and below when they are around a swimming pool area.
For questions and clarifications on the process of getting a compliance certificate, please contact us directly. My Pool Inspector made the process hassle-free. Check our pool or spa compliance process, and let us know if you need any help.
